A little information. A clear purpose.
This notice explains the information requested by this website’s inquiry form. Last updated October 18, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit an inquiry, the website records your name, the phone number or email address you provide, your county, your requested service, and any optional message. It also records your consent, the page used to submit the request, relevant campaign tags, and a request reference.
How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your request, discuss service availability and appointment options, and keep a record of the inquiry. Checking the form’s consent box authorizes contact about that inquiry. It is not consent to an unrelated marketing subscription.
Storage and abuse protection
Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. The form includes duplicate-request protection and submission limits. A hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention; the form does not store a raw IP address in your inquiry record. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate the website. When email notifications are configured, inquiry details are sent through Resend to designated staff so they can respond. These notifications are for internal handling of your inquiry, not a marketing subscription; email-provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Please keep sensitive information out
Do not include driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, case files, court documents, payment details, or detailed legal or medical information. The inquiry form is intended for basic contact and service planning.
Updates and questions
To ask about an inquiry or request that its contact details be corrected or removed, use the contact form and include your request reference. Identity may need to be confirmed before a record is changed. Please do not send sensitive identity documents through this form.
Optional video playback
Manufacturer videos use a YouTube privacy-enhanced player that loads only when you choose to play a video. Once loaded, YouTube may process device and playback information under its own privacy practices. You can read the written guides without loading the player.
Separate websites
Links to LifeSafer, our sister businesses, and government sources open websites with their own privacy practices. Information submitted there is handled by those organizations.
Your inquiry is not a booking
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, reserve a price, authorize driving, establish legal representation, or guarantee eligibility for a program. Confirm arrangements directly before traveling. The information on this website is general guidance; your current licensing notice and applicable court order control your requirements.
